John grew up in the property management industry and worked for two different management companies before founding Presidential Property Management in 2013. He earned his degree in business from San Jose State University and became a licensed real estate broker in 2011. John continued his education into property management and has obtained his PMC, RMP, CCRM, and a degree in Real Estate from De Anza Junior College. In his free time, John enjoys learning about the latest developments in property management legislation and spending time with wife and two sons.

In his 11 years working in property management in the south Bay Area, Brad has seen huge changes in these communities, but maintains a passion for small-scale real estate investment. He loves going above and beyond to offer the best customer service to the owners and tenants he works with. When he’s not in the office, Brad is a long-distance runner and avid snowboarder.

Andrew has been working with John since 2013 and believes in the simple power of matching great tenants with quality homes. He takes pride in his team’s deep connections in the community and knowledge of the ins and outs of property management rules and regulations. “We’re the ones other property managers come to find out what’s coming down the pipeline,” he notes.
